"Nightmare - making guests uneasy and anxious"

Location is good.

BEWARE especially Maltese travelling to Sicily! Check in is at 4pm and host wanted extra money for checking in at 1 hr earlier. Check out is at 9.30am and host came to location exactly at 9.30am to check out property. Host was a nightmare and created anxiety so much so that i asked for a refund which he refused (all messages recorded). The flat was not that clean with dust on the surfaces and footprints on the carpet. We were also told not to use the bed in the kitchen (which has to be used as an alternative as there is NO SOFA in the living area). Also host cancelled the booking with booking.com after we checked out - for obvious reasons re. to Commission due to Booking.com (since he insisted to be paid in cash otherwise charge extra for credit card payment)!!!

Location and view

I distance of a 1 hour check in time and charge if outside that hour. With automatic locks this should even be an issue

Flat is very clean and nicely done. Hot water and close to sea. Carmelo was so nice. Comfortable. Has microwave to heat food. AC too . Overall good has also good security door locking.

No wifi and the coffee percolator.
