Was very cozy and well kept, clean and good communication.

The fold out couch is terribly uncomfortable not suitable for sleeping on. Fridge wasn't on, we had to pull it out to turn it on. Coffee and sugar supplied but no milk. Plenty of towels but unfortunately no flannels which would be a nice touch. The driveway is very narrow and our car only just fit with side mirrors touching the fence, would not be able to take a ute or bigger vehicle. Overall though its a lovely spot and I would stay again.

Clean, tidy and handy location, good shower etc Comfortable beds

Too small for 5 adults. Would be perfect for short stay for up to 2 couples but uncomfortable sofa bed in very small lounge made it quite cramped. No where to sit to see the wall mounted TV for those who like to watch .

Excellent value, great location. The best beds! Lovely verandah to sit on. Comfortable and clean. Air conditioning in both bedrooms a must for humid Auckland. Fantastic host, very helpful and quick to answer questions.

The space was a bit cramped, it looked bigger in the photos, but it was fine for a short stay. There was just enough space to set up a travel cot. The off street parking was a bit challenging as the drive between the front house and the fence was very narrow.

Lovely clean, modern house

Driveway too narrow to get our car behind the house for parking, but plenty of street parking available so wasn't a problem.
