Sausage Tree Safari Camp

My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and it was simply incredible! The care and attention to detail were something I hadn’t experienced in a long time. They were always making sure we had the best experience possible. We arrived late, and even so, they prepared a special lunch just for us. The bed was super comfortable, and the thoughtful touch of leaving hot water bottles made everything even more special. There are 2 game drives per day, and we were able to see the animals really up close, with guides who were so attentive and passionate about what they do. I must give a special thanks to Tamara, who was always so helpful and even assisted me in recovering my jacket that I had forgotten at the lodge. I highly recommend it with my eyes closed! An excellent place to stay — just book it and enjoy the best safari!

Everything - from the location, to the luxury tents, common areas, dining spaces and very importantly the staff. Beautifully curated to create a comfortable, authentic feeling experience. All of the staff from trackers and guides to general staff were incredibly welcoming and kind throughout our stay. The meals were incredible and our daily game drives were beyond amazing. We learned so much, saw so much and had a phenomenal first safari experience for our honeymoon.

Endroit intimiste et de qualité. Guides très sympa ainsi que le reste du personnel. Repas très bon. Nous avons pu prendre le temps durant le safari lorsque l'on apercevait un animal.

The tracker/driver on the game drives were fantastic. Only place where we saw Big 5 in one visit. Other staff also great. Excellent food. Great leg massage.

Beautiful location for breakfast. Sitting high up at a long table post safari with a wonderful view out over the world, what more could you ask for...

Guide show us big Five, 4 in the afternoon safari--elephant/buffalo/leopard/Lion. 1 in the morning safari--rhinoceros. Really nice.

The dinner is Lamb, I haven't mentioned I do not eat Lamb in advance.

Great staff, great food! Guides were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure we saw as many animals as possible. James, the owner would join us for breakfast each morning and shared his knowledge about the area which we enjoyed. We stayed in a newly renovated room which was lovely.
