Lo único positivo, la ubicación

El apartamento es un desastre, sin condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad. Es como una cueva sin ventilación, no hay ventanas, ni luz natural. En las fotos de Booking se ve luminoso y moderno, pero la realidad es otra completamente distinta. Oscuro, con un grado de humedad increíble, un olor a alcantarilla tremendo, treinta grados de temperatura dentro. Una pesadilla de vacaciones! Fue nuestra peor experiencia de alquiler vacacional, sin duda. Mí hija y mi marido son alérgicos y lo pasaron fatal, volvimos todos enfermos. El wc es un cuchitril mínimo, con la caldera que no te deja espacio de movimiento para usarlo, además desprende un olor horrible a tubería. Eramos tres personas y el sofá cama era imposible para dormir, con hierros en el centro. Este sitio no está preparado para tres personas, ni para ninguna porque no hay condiciones adecuadas. La cafetera estropeada, no había vajilla y cubiertos para tres. Un ventilador pequeño que solo mueve aire, hace mucho ruido, y no ayuda mucho al problema del calor. La dueña del apartamento no contestaba el teléfono ni los mensajes, sólo contestó después de que le escribiéramos a Booking y trajo otro ventilador (el problema de falta de ventilación, húmedad y calor no se arregla con parches) y un deshumidificador pequeño y viejo (ya en la noche del segundo día). Dijo que no contestó porque estaba en Polonia sin cobertura, en fin... Si tienes un negocio tienes que atenderlo o dejar personas encargadas. Por la noche se oían ruidos que no sabemos si eran de ratones o cucarachas, porque no llegamos a verlos.

Brak okien powodował duszne powietrze i wyczuwalny zapach stęchlizny.

On the positive side, the location was very close to the city center and the main attractions of Lisboa. Also, the neighborhood had many options for food and drinks, and it was very close to most public transportation.

The main negative point was that during our stay we found a lizard and two cockroaches in the accomodation. Also, there was no soundproofing at all, as we could hear everything from the street. Additionally, the room had no ventilation, it was completely dark and it smelled of mold.

Safe area with lots of dining options and near supermarket.

Noisy during the night.

Sofia was an excellent host - I booked last minute and within 30 minutes I had booked, paid, contacted and entered the accommodation. It was an emergency booking on our behalf, but Sofia pulled out all the stops to ensure we catered for and had eveerytrhing we needed late at night

I will not complain or dislike anything to do with accommodation or service - It was very much worth every penny spent - So thank you
