Άνετο, μοντέρνο, εξοπλισμένο και πολύ καθαρό

Είναι ρετιρέ και μέχρι να δουλέψουν καλά τα κλιματιστικά για να δροσίσει παίρνει λίγο χρόνο. Βέβαια έχει 2 κλιματιστικά και βοηθάει.

Πολύ καθαρό, ζεστό και περιποιημένο διαμέρισμα, νιώσαμε πολύ άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενεστατος και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει, παρόλο που καθυστερησαμε αρκετά με το check in.

Ήταν όλα τέλεια, το μόνο που θα προσθέταμε θα ήταν πιο επαγγελματικά προϊόντα περιποίησης, διότι η εικόνα του διαμερίσματος ήταν αρκετά premium.

Everything!t is very well equipped with everything once can think about,it is very nicely decorated,everything is brand new,the apartment is extremely clean,it has its own parking and an amazing, huge terrace with wonderful view.We plan to stay there each time when we travel to Volos.The host is also very kind and helpful.

There is literally nothing that one could complain about.

The terrace of the property was very enjoyable. The house had all the necessary amenities.

New apartment in a new building in a secured area. A lot of details that host thought of. You have everything you need for good stay in Volos. Internet works, parking provided, new elevator in the building, super clean, close to center so you can walk, two terraces for enjoying coffees, even water, coockes, fruits and coffee provided in advance. Easy check-in, correct communication with host. One of the best rented place I saw in Greece, and I saw it a lot. Full recommendation.

The property was brand new and everything was perfect. Parking at the front of the building was handy. Fantastic shower and comfortable bed. Huge balcony.

Initially we found it difficult to find with lots of one way streets. The area is a little bit of walk into town but easily done. The area is being renovated and a bit shabby but safe.

There is a coffee machine in the kitchen with some croissants. Everything is excellent.

The only thing what we noticed is the floor is warm - heat the apartment (probably due to pipes (which are hot) from the solar system goes under the floor ). But it's not the big issue if you are using air conditioning all the time :)
