Boutique style self contained annexe with garden

Have stayed a few times now and highly recommend. Anita is a great host and the accommodation is absolutely gorgeous

It was easy to find, super clean & just like the photos. Good ceiling height - one of us is tall, access to a lovely terrace, and a great choice of breakfast provisions provided. Very comfortable bed think it ls a super- king…

Traffic noise Tight for space in the shower room

Stylish, spotlessly clean, everything is top quality from the bed linen & towels to the super comfy furniture. Doors open out to a terrace overlooking the beautifully tended garden. Superb host, there was everything provided for on arrival, fresh milk & orange juice. Bread, butter, preserves & cereal.

If there was one negative, the property is right next to the road which we imagined as a little used country lane, its was disappointingly quite busy so didn’t provide the peace I was looking for. That being said it wouldn’t stop me returning to this luxurious little property.

Location great for our needs with car parking

The Annex looked like it came out of an interior design magazine such was the quality of the decor and facilities. A real bonus was the patio looking out on the impeccably presented garden. We had an off day in our travels and were delighted to relax and spend it here. Anita obviously takes great pride in her property, and it shows!

This was our third stay and have already booked our fourth. The property is outstanding stylish and clean also fully equipped for your stay. Outstanding complimentary items. Very well thought out.
