The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was very good.

The rooms were better than the pictures portrayed. The location was excellent. The housekeeper on the property was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The Internet connection was sufficient to stream shows easily. Upon arrival the room was cleaned impeccably. The doors being code versus keys was very nice and made initial entry easy as well. The location of the property was great. It is close to a metro station, restaurants, shopping and positioned at the intersection of several interesting neighborhoods to explore.

The room is cleaned at the beginning and end of your stay, not daily. The housekeeper is willing to help with anything needed, if requested, just not automatic. Consumables felt rationed (trash bags, toilet paper, etc.). The two trash cans are each about the size of a 1 gallon milk jug and they only wanted to give you one or two trash bags at a time. This means you're basically having to find the housekeeper and ask her for trash bags daily. Noise from the restaurant and a bar, next door, are noticeable in the living room area but not too bad in the bedroom. Fruit fly infestation occurred on day 5 of 14 (of my stay), supposedly due to the outside area being sprayed for insects. The suite went from an occasional fruit fly, to having dozens flying around the room, for the rest of my stay. I put out sticky traps that caught hundreds of them, but they just kept coming in from somewhere. This occurred even with the room being kept clean and trash emptied daily. I'm not sure how often the city sprays the area or if there are other contributing factors but if this occurs during your visit, it makes this really nice suite almost unlivable instantly.

This was such an ideal place to stay in CDMX. The location is central to everything we wanted to be near, with a good selection of food options and hip neighborhoods nearby. The space was super clean, comfortable, and easy to access. I will definitely stay here again whenever I come back!

Location was great, felt very safe and the apartment was very clean and super comfortable. So nice to have more space than a regular hotel room.

Got a little noisy on Saturday night...but our room was in back so it was a bit insulated from the noise.

Avisamos que llegábamos media noche, nos contestaron que no había problema. Al llegar al lugar nadie nos abrió ni contestó en la puerta, ni llamadas ni mensajes hasta un día y medio después.

Ubicación y tamaño de la suite, hay un seven eleven cerca por lo que puedes ir a comprar alimentos y bebidas a todas horas. La chica de la limpieza super amable y servicial.

La hora de check out de booking con la del alojamiento no concuerda.
