the heating wasnt on therefore as it was cold outside the flat was freezing and it took hours to warm up - should have been warmed on arrival the TV ariel wasnt working so normal tv channels werent available - which was a small pain the shower in both bathrooms were inconsistent - it took ages to turn on sometimes and halfway through it would go cold so to regulate the temp and switch on and off needs to be looked at

There was everything we needed in the place clean and tidy easy to follow how to use things like the heating although we didn't need the heating on, we had come there be ause it was my daughters 30th birthday and it could accommodate my family

A little more storage in the bedrooms but that's just a petty thing but if you were staying for more than a weekend it would be a problem but other than that it was a fantastic place

The communication with the owner was easy and accommodating. I felt safe and happy during my entire stay!

There were a few damages found in the property that were masked by the furniture (so was not completely noticeable). A deep clean or check would have been nice prior to arrival but no interference with our stay and comfort.

Location and place .

The taps in the bathroom is dangerous it burnt my child's hand . Just normal mixture tap would be better. The carcpark is very dirty gate is also not safe .

We loved the location and the space was brilliant and in the heart of leicester The host is excellent with replying and attending to our needs we had a function to attend in evening and we were told to leave whenever we wanted to at no extra charge very generous thank you

Some of the rooms are big so there is ample space To maybe put single beds in some rooms so we don’t have to share beds And maybe replace the beds with a divan instead of metal beds and shower pressure a little low but wouldn’t mind it all again I would highly recommend to stay here
