Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, la décoration soignée des chambres et des espaces communs, et la propreté. Le petit plus : le fait qu’il y ait une petite cuisine à disposition avec possibilité de se faire un café, un thé ou prendre une bouteille d’eau à tout moment.

Malheureusement, le personnel n’était pas agréable ni souriant, surtout le personnel du petit déjeuner. Concernant la literie, elle n’est pas des plus « confortable », mais je pense que c’est propre à bon nombre de riads à Marrakech…

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es hatte sogar eine. Küche in der man Kochen konnte und täglich gratis Wasser nehmen konnte. Am Anfang unseres Aufenthalts war unser Zimmer sehr kalt, als wir jedoch dann herausgefunden haben, wie man mit der Klimaanlage wärmen konnte, war es besser. Leider ist uns auch die Toilette verstopft, wahrscheinlich weil wir nicht wussten, dass man kein Toilettenpapier in die Toilette werfen darf. Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hat uns geholfen.

Frühstück konnte man zwischen 3 Gerichten auswählen, welche nicht unbedingt unserem Geschmack entsprachen. Ein Buffet wäre für uns toller gewesen. Personal hat das Zimmer während des Aufenthalts nicht geputzt.

Breakfast was fabulous, they had 4 different sorts on offer and you could try a different one each day. It was also available for 2 hours so no need to rush in the mornings.

It was a bit noisy at night but that was due to the location

Charming riad. Our room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the central courtyard. The location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and efficient; they responded quickly and enthusiastically to any requests we made. They made sure our stay met our expectations, and in some aspects even exceeded them. The riad has a rooftop restaurant; the food is good and the prices are reasonable. We had dinner there on our first night and received a discount for being guests of the riad. The breakfast is varied and very good. The bed is very comfortable, as are the pillows. I would especially like to thank Soukaina and her entire team for making our stay so pleasant. If we ever return to Marrakech, we would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi signal did not reach our room, which is an important point to improve.
