Concierge/bell desk service especially Mr Fareed washing very welcoming and helpful I would especially like to acknowledge Mr. Wasim, the Housekeeping Supervisor on the second floor. He took personal responsibility for ensuring that everything was done properly. Along with his team, he worked very hard and demonstrated excellent professionalism and dedication in solving the problems

Subject: Feedback Regarding My Stay at PC Bhurban I would like to share my impressions regarding my recent stay at PC Bhurban, which unfortunately turned out to be a disappointing experience. My first concern relates to the reception staff. The reception team appears to be in urgent need of hospitality training. Throughout our stay, we found the staff to be rather arrogant, unwelcoming, and lacking basic courtesy. It was rare to see anyone smile or warmly greet guests. Instead of making guests feel comfortable and valued, the attitude often gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience. The check-in experience, which should create a positive first impression, was particularly disappointing. What surprised me even more was seeing promotional material displayed at the hotel indicating that PC operates hospitality training programs and awards diplomas in hospitality management. Unfortunately, the standards being promoted were not reflected in the conduct of the reception staff. In contrast, I found the concierge team to be much more professional, courteous, and better trained. My second and more serious concern relates to our dining experience at the Chinese restaurant. Once again, the staff lacked warmth and hospitality. Service was extremely casual and indifferent, with little attention given to guest satisfaction. More importantly, the quality of the food was unacceptable for a five-star establishment. The food was tasteless, poorly prepared, and appeared inadequately cooked. Shortly after dinner, members of our party became unwell, experiencing vomiting and symptoms consistent with gastroenteritis. It was a very difficult and distressing night. We promptly informed the hotel management and submitted a written complaint requesting an investigation into the matter. The only response we received was a brief acknowledgment stating that an inquiry would be conducted and that we would be informed of the outcome.
