Where to start? 1) Parking: No specific parking for guests, combined parking for visitors and guests. No valet service either. 2) Terrible breakfast service: No option for paid breakfast except room service. The complimentary breakfast on weekends is a battle for survival. My wife asked for a water bottle (normal water), and the waiter came after 10 minutes, giving us a half-used, opened bottle from another table and saying, "pee lain saaf hai" (drink it, it's clean). I saw the person at the opposite table drinking water from the same bottle. 3) Room service is outrageously expensive and extremely below par. Believe me, it's not worth it anymore.
