The staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely - they’d even pre-conditioned it for us so it was cool when we arrived which was great. Breakfast in a basket was unexpected but we really liked it that way.

This is a very new hotel that feels clean and secure. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning is powerful enough to keep you comfortable in the Italian heat. Very easy 15 minutes drive to the como city center.

No lift.
