Cecilia was very friendly & helpful. She even insisted in helping me to call my tour operator to request them to pick me up so that I don't need to walk to the meeting point alone early in the morning. I had to leave before 7am on both mornings and Donovan was so great in providing me with a packed breakfast the night before. All these are very much appreciated. Thank you for your great service!

The owner was very good and very helpful- helped me organise my travel links etc The room was OK, Room needed a new shower head but did have hot water - nice hot shower

We were informed that breakfast was not part of the package while the promotion stated otherwise.

The openings at the bottom of the doors creates some discomfort. The expectations for one to carry cash for payment must change. Customers must be able to swipe. No breakfast.
