We had a few issues with aircon dripping water. My bag in the wardrobe with laptop in got wet and I was lucky it didn’t get through to ruin the laptop.
MYAUThe staff were very kind and helpful with any request we had. Their communication was all very good! The pool in the villa was great, and we had some lonely friends visit us 🐒 The location is perfect for everything in Uluwatu/Bingin. We’ll stay here again.
The couch wasn’t very comfortable - a minor thing that didn’t affect our stay.
