They didn't let us in and have been unresponsive when trying to get a refund

They didn't let us in the gate and didn't respond to phone calls. Now they won't respond to refund request.

The cabin is located in the center of the vineyard. Lázaro and Marcella couldn't have been nicer and accommodating. You could walk around the vineyards or go on hikes in the morning or afternoon. It has been the best experience in Valle de Guadalupe so far, and we look forward to come back!

Maybe the signage at the entry road. Everything else was excellent.

I booked, but didn't stay, gave 3 stars. Went 2 days prior to my check-in to check out the area and to get familiar with roads, and the property was not like the pics we saw on Expedia. GPS got us lost twice during the day, imagine at night, dirt roads with no light posts. But, we met with a few staff and they were very nice to show us around the property.

The property was clean and quiet. The rooms are small but cozy. Lazaro makes amazing coffee and breakfast. I would stay again.

Casa Luna was "charming." Well worth the value. We took advantage of building a fire at the fire pit and sipping a glass of their wonderful wine. If you are looking for "fancy" this is not the place. But if you are looking for quaint, comfortable, friendly and having a natural experience of staying in the middle of a vineyard, this is the place. There is no restaurant on the property but coffee/tea/danish are available in the morning. One note, communicating with the owners is a bit of a challenge as their English is not great and they are only there during hours the vineyard is open.

Have patience. If you try to email or communicate with the property too far in advance of your stay, you may not get an immediate reply. But a few days before check in the property manager sends you all the information you need and you can communicate via whatsapp with them.

Lazaro the chef was super nice and prepared us a delicious breakfast. Lazaro made sure our stay was a pleasant one, thank you Lazaro!! Denise was also very nice and made sure we were taken care off as well.
