Apartmán bol vybavený všetkým, čo by človek mohol na dovolenke potrebovať a čo si musí inde zobrať so sebou. Veľmi útulné, príjemné, hneď pri mori umiestnené bývanie, práve kvôli tomu sme si ho vybrali. Súkromný prístup k moru je úžasná vec. Apartmán bol veľmi čistý a pekný, vybavený výbornými spotrebičmi. Majiteľka nám pripravila štedré privítanie - pohostenie, kozmetiku, veľmi starostlivo s nami komunikovala, aby sme vedeli všetko, čo potrebujeme. Ubytovanie je lokalizované v malom zálive, kde sa dá doplávať na ostrovčeky a skúmať ich. Čisté more krásnej farby. Výborná posteľ, krásny výhľad, klimatizácia,...všetko.

We spent an unforgettable 11 days in Luka, and our stay at Apartment Pavo exceeded all our expectations. The hostess’s helpfulness knew no bounds. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a surprise in the fridge — a snack, a bottle of homemade wine — and on the table, a package of her own handmade cosmetics. Communication with the hostess, Karolina, was seamless, and she addressed all our needs as an absolute priority. Her valuable advice helped us navigate the local gastronomy scene, cultural events, excursion options, and enchanting beaches catering to everyone — from families with children to couples seeking solitude and romance. The apartment’s amenities were above standard. Throughout our stay, we never once thought of anything we might have been missing. The washing machine, kitchen appliances, and air conditioning worked flawlessly, and everything was spotless. Kornelia has an exquisite eye for detail: in the bathroom, there were samples of her own cosmetics, gender-specific toiletries, and an endless supply of towels and bath sheets (our 4-year-old daughter even had a children’s bathrobe ready after bathing); in the kitchen, there was a selection of coffee capsules for the machine, as well as teas and biscuits in separate jars. The chests located in the shared areas (hallway, outdoor terrace…) hid spare bed linen, bath towels, sports equipment, and children’s outdoor toys, some still partially in their original packaging. If you’re wondering whether this is that little slice of paradise worth spending your holiday in — we can only recommend it!

Čistý apartmán vybaven naprosto vším, na co si vzpomenete. Ubytování přímo u moře, soukromí a klid. Nádherný výhled k tomu velmi milá a ochotná paní majitelka. Dlouho jsem se s takovými lidmi v Chorvatsku nesetkala. Na uvítanou Karolína připravila nápoje a i něco k snědku. V apartmánu zanechala pro nás plno milých drobností. Určitě se rádi vrátíme.❤️

Karolina is a very caring and attentive host. We found everything we need in the apartment and she was willing to help with the baby's needs. Little details matter - like sharp knifes, all types of coffee capsules, cookies and a bottle of wine with appetizers as a welcome gift. The house has its own sea access with outdoor shower and small sunbed area.

Mosquito nets on the windows would be helpful, but we managed with the electric fumigator.

We were provided with a delicious snack plate on arrival. Also fresh eggs for our breakfasts. Much appreciated after a long day of travel! Host was very responsive in helping with recommendations for area restaurants, parking, and more . Would absolutely recommend this property ❤️

Luka is a lovely, small fishing village. The location and swimming were fantastic. Situated not too far from Ston, where there is shopping and some nice cafes. The apartment itself was quiet and very well prepared by the host. Extremely comfortable with any amenity one would need. As promised, one could jump into the water from the backyard dock. Karolina, the host, was super attentive and easy to communicate with. Arrival and departure all very easy. Overall: excellent!

Only two small reservations. The first was the nonrefundable booking. This put a lot of pressure on me as I planned my trip, and I ended up taking an overnight trip and paying for a vacant apartment. The other thing is - while the apartment, location and amenities were fantastic- I found the price a tad on the high side- especially in light of the nonrefundable booking.
