Friendly efficient host always available with our queries. Facilities in the caravan, decor and pictures. Beds were made up with linen provided. Plenty room in living quarters. Everything you need in a kitchen including a air fryer. Plenty to do on site.

Shower temperature could not work it properly. Dripping tap at bathroom bowl. Venetian blinds dirty. No towels provided .

Communication with owner was very good. Good area of the lake ..

there was no heating it was freezing smelt damp was a bit dirty we ended up leaving early as we couldn’t even have a shower as it was like freshly boiled kettle water

It put a roof over our head for a week and the tv worked.

Smells musty wet dog smell. Possibly the carpets. Dish drainer rack was filthy. Gas flame in oven was not variable, so we couldn't use it. There was no washing machine in the van as I assumed from the description. Although a lot of thought had been put into the visual presentation, and it was generally clean enough, I didn't feel that it was quite up to the standard expected: utensils had been put away dirty, the oven needed cleaning, bathroom floor/ door etc. One thing that stood out from the start was that all shelves were covered in trinkets and ornaments....possibly to make guests feel at home. But guests need room to put down cosmetics, cameras, phones, books etc. The table was completely set with cereal bowls and wine glasses. Why???? They were in the way! What is the point? It was okay, but for the money I expected better.
