The facility is neat and nice

I had to cut my trip shop and left 3 days prior to my original check out. I sought the property owner for a refund and he has been very uncooperative. He first told me that he had not gotten paid from booking. Com so he cannot refund me and now he is saying that the minimum number of nights at his establishment is 5 nights which they never said before. Now he has taken out 1 night as cancellation fee and now he refuses to give me my refund. I find it is unfair to me to pay the entire accomodation and I did not stay the entire time. I need my refund.
