Gorgeous location on the beach with a fantastic view in a very new apartment. Easy process to enter and retrieve the keys. Ultimately, all the most important factors were fantastic for this apartment, which we stayed in for five days during the total eclipse.

Basically every *detail* in the apartment was unfinished or just off - there was a hole in the master bathroom ceiling, plastic wrap on the kitchen cabinets, a toilet cover improperly attached, cabinets missing bottoms, wifi router dangling from the wall, etc. No hand towels or spare toilet paper, nor information about handling trash (we were directed to ask the guard, who was almost never present during our stay). Despite the apartment seeming like it had never been stayed in previously, the cheap plastic coffee cups were extremely stained.
