spacious, modern and clean. all rooms had a/c and an ensuite. great outdoors spaces - nice sized pool and lovely balconies. very friendly and helpful staff

we all absolutely loved the Villa, our private pool and back yard was stunning, I’m such a perfect spot with amazing restraunts and pubs/ clubs in walking distance. we had the best time

Large, spacious villa. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. Nice pool. Staff were very helpful.

There was some noise from people and traffic until quite late. Also be aware that the walk to and from the beach are through back lanes which can get wet and the surface is very uneven .

"beautiful, spacious and quiet location. easy access to the happening spots in Semanyak"

location is unbeatable. the staff was really helpful

we had a bit of water problem on one morning. The staff however arranged for a plumber to come and fix the issue as soon as they could get hold of the plumber
