Totale mancanza di assistenza. Stanza prenotata per 3 persone, ma trovata preparata per 2 (solo due asciugamani, divano letto senza lenzuola) asciugamani sporchi. Mancanza di acqua in cucina e di acqua calda nel lavandino perchnon era stato avvisato lo staff.

Literalmente nada, deberian de estar mas preparadis en cuanto a limpieza y personal, aparte no habian oyas para cocinar el internet pesimo, mal olor y tienen planta de luz pero no sirve estuvimos el ultimo dia sin luz y se daño la compra y ni una llamada hicieron como anquilinos que eramos. Se supone que reembolsaran un dinero por no romper nada y aun hoy 13 de agosto de 2025 no lo han dado

La piscina, el patio y la ubicación. La casa es acogedora.

Habían demasiados mosquitos, le faltan screenes a las ventanas, no hay agua caliente, el grill estaba justo en la ventana del baño y entraba el olor a toda la casa, tenían goteras en el techo, y el Internet no funcionaba bien. Deben de reubicar el baño, porque hay que pasar por la habitación de uno de los cuartos para entrar.
