The hotel does not have a car park but there is parking available for an additional fee in a private car park located a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Street parking is free of charge from 18:30 to 08:30 Monday to Saturday and all day Sunday. When booking for 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The Spa is closed on bank holiday Mondays.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The location was great!

Check in time for the hotel is 3:00pm, we arrived by train and got to the hotel around 2:30pm and weren’t expecting the room to be ready yet since check in is at 3:00pm so we were fine waiting when they told us it would be ready by 3:00pm. However, the room wasn’t ready at 3:00pm which is the stated check in time, we ended up waiting an hour for the room to be ready, they gave us vouchers for a drink from the bar but a room should always be ready at check in time since I find that is already late in the afternoon so not being ready by 3:00pm check in time is not acceptable. We also found the room not very clean, we found hairballs on the carpet ground that we had to pick up with tissues and found hair on the bed sheets and bath towels.
