we highly recommend this very lovely place. location is good which only takes you 15 to 20 minutes walk to the city center. the staffs are super friendly and we didn't expect our room was ready 3 hours before check-in time! they also responsed very quickly when we messaged them!

You can see the aurora when you just walk out of the house. Although it's not in the most popular area, you can have a better chance to catch the northern lights in a darker place. The house has full equipment you need. It's also pretty quiet and cozy.

The check-in counter is a bit difficult to find. I took a while to find it. But it's okay.

Aurora Homes, location is just 5-10 mins walk to central Tromso and nearby down the street is Kwik Supermarket. Very convenient. Home is clean and utensils good enough to cook. We didnt get exactly the apartment as the picture however, we had a good size 3 bedroom and living/dining area for 7 pax. Staff friendly and responsive to small issues we encountered in the unit which in the beginning was inconvenient. What is good is daily towel change and trash clearing and on request cleaning were great except on Sundays.

A little inconvenient is there is no in-house phone connected to Hotel reception (St Elisabeth) and we had to walk over to another street to speak on issues we encountered. Our challenge is our phone SIM does not seem to work in Norway. We discovered TV channels not working, toilet sinks water flow very slow and needed to be unclogged, the stove need manual intervention at the fuse box.

"Alojamiento perfecto por las instalaciones y el trato del personal."

Esta perfecto. Piso comodo y amplio a 10 minutos andando del centro y tal como aparece en las fotos.

La cafetera y la chimenea no funcionaban. Vinieron para arreglarlo pero fue imposible y como compensacion nos regalaron a los 5 una sesion de spa en el Hotel St-Elisabeth
