Loved the space surrounding the house. the backyard, the side portch. Never spent so much time in a hotel outside of my room. Gustavo, the owner, very hospitable and interesting conversations.

"La Casona is an amazing getaway that makes you feel like you’re not in a city."

la casona is a beautiful property, with excellent staff. the beds are amazingly comfortable and we enjoyed the variety of pillows. we had a great time drinking wine in the courtyard and watching the sunset from the 2nd story palapa. food was great and we were within a decent walk to local shops. we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Paraguay.
