Habitación espaciosa con una magnífica terraza y vistas al mar. Alta calidad tanto de la habitación como del baño. Desayuno excelente, completo y muy variado. Los jueves preparan una deliciosa cena buffet con la que degustar, entre otros, platos de la cocina local, con una relación calidad/precio excelente, aunque no están incluidas las bebidas. El precio de la habitación incluye el Transfer desde/hacia el aeropuerto. Excelente ubicación para visitar los principales puntos de interés.

Location provides a stunning view. Staff were so helpful and understanding when we had a 36 hour delay in our arrival due to flight cancellation.

I paid 750€ for 3nights / single person. For me it is a lot of money and I thought to be treated like a welcome guest. On every three evenings (!) for me it was not possible to get a place in the hotel own restaurant because of overbooking! I am not lying: second evening was my birthday !!! But after all: i kindly asked for hot water (!)for my instant noodles , the answer was : yes i can have - but i have to pay for !!!! I am not kidding here! (After an argument with the manager i got it for free though) Up to my opinion: NOT ACCEPTABLE! Make mor offers that EVERY guest can eat for dinner (confusing fact: breakfast is possible for all) And including HOT WATER in that pricing system!! Never again

Die Zimmer im neuen Teil sind super. Die Ferienwohnungen sind leider sehr veraltet und nicht dem Standard des Hotels entsprechend. Wir haben für die zweite Nacht um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten und hatten Glück, dass eines frei war.

The breakfasts were excellent, the view of the fjord was fantastic, we also ordered a Greenlandic buffet dinner - a great culinary experience. Overall, we were very satisfied, the staff was helpful and willing. The communication from the reception before and during our holiday was great. The free transfer from the airport to the hotel and to the harbour when we left for Disko Island was seamless.
