視野好， 櫃台人員英文好。

早餐很普通，種類少，取餐環境也不好， 沒有電梯，價格偏高， 海景房的陽台很美，但是跟隔壁一整排連通，有人會走過去，沒有隱私， 而且樓上樓下的地板有大縫隙，灰塵會掉在頭上，質感很差。

The best location, hotel, restaurant and staff! Absolutely loved staying here. The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant is also great. And you cannot beat the view from the restaurant/lounge.

Imødekommende personale både i receptionen og i restauranten. Fabelagtig udsigt fra værelset og terrassen som vender ud mod havnen. Sengen var fin med god madras. Lækkert badeværelse.

Overrasket over at rengøringen ikke inkluderede skift af 2 håndklæder, der lå på gulvet på badeværelset, og at sengene ikke blev redt en af dagene. Men der blev fyldt op med god nescafe, og den ene seng blev da redt. Ingen bar eller bemanding efter kl. 23.

The views. Oh, my word. It has to be the best views from a hotel you can get in Ilulissat. The restaurant of the hotel could be the most outdated place and still, it'd be great because the views are insane. It's truly magical to wake up every morning and have your breakfast overlooking icebergs. We wish we had been able to afford the rooms with view to the fjord - please book one if you can, it's worth it. The views to the road are not awe-inspiring. The staff are very cheerful and helpful, especially the waiting staff at dinner. The food is very good. I still remember the taste of the homemade jam and the traditional Danish tart. The burgers are delicious. The hotel is also very close to the town centre so you can go do all the activities without spending a cent on taxis. Will definitely stay here next time we visit.

Even though we could check-in early, I wish we could've waited a bit longer so the room, especially the bathroom had been cleaned properly. I even found a scrunchy under the towels which means they were not replaced (at least the bottom one). And the toilet seat was up and the toilet was not spotless. We were too tired to care so we cleaned the toilet seat but it does seem like a common occurrence in Greenland. Still, for a hotel so pricey, the cleanliness needs to be worked on.

Jeg syntes morgenmaden kunne godt trænge til et løft, evt. Med røræg og ikke æggekage. Lidt mere lækkert brød og grønt på buffeten.
