Three bedroom was great for our purposes

TB was very complicated to get working

Было не чисто, постель не поменяли, туалет грязный, на полу волосы и в постели тоже волосы от других людей, на полу нашли еще косточки от фруктов. Если сделать хорошую уборку и просто поставить чистое светлое постельное белье и полотенца будет супер.

There was plenty of space to accommodate the whole family. Ability to cook meals.

Imediately after I made the booking, I've received a long message from the hosts regarding the terms and conditions, which included the extra charges that would be applied for various situations - such as "a fee of £40 if I was to contact the host for any situation that might not have been serious enough to bother them", "the check-out should be by 10am at the latest, as the cleaner comes at 10.05am", etc... I thought that it was weird, as I am a regular on Booking.com, and not only, and I have booked many properties in the UK or abroad, and I've never seen such a list! Although I did offer plenty of notice in regards to our arrival time, the apartment wasn't cleaned after the last people were there. The check-in was supposed to start at 3 pm, and we arrived at 4.30 pm to an unpleasant surprise. The hosts didn't answer their phones (calls, text messages, messages on Booking.com), and we had to contact Booking.com. When the hosts eventually picked up, they came up with the excuse that they were travelling abroad and had no phone signal. This proves a lack of property management skills on their side, as if you know that you are not able to communicate for a certain period of time, you should be blocking the bookings on the website, or list a different phone number, leave someone else in charge, etc. Although they did try to find someone local to sort out the situation, we had to leave the property, and it was after 9.30 pm when we were finally able to return for a proper check-in (definitely not ideal after a long day of travelling with young children!). During that time, I received numerous messages from the host being accused that I tempered with the door/lock, given the wrong phone number for the person who was on site, which made it impossible to communicate with, a couple of hours of unnecessary hassle. The house needs a deep clean, very disappointing. Wi-fi poor, TV not working.

The fact that i booked it as an 8.2 rated property and paid over £700 for 2 nights but ended up staying out till midnight as nowhere to relax. I stay in ALOT of properties and this rating is not at all accurate.The bathroom is completely mouldy top to bottom,all the grout, all the ceiling and seals around the bath and sink.The cracked sink and the 'Allan key' door "lock" are completely sub standard.No hot water in the bathroom sink.The musty smell of the beds.The unsuitable sofa for a family of 5.The questionable general 'cleanliness'- empty toilet rim cleaner? Cobweb walls and lights,grease stained marks on walls.Could have posted 20+ more photos given the option.

Clean space , great location . Had everything that we needed
