"Worst owner. They advertise for 4+ people.it is actually for 2 adults"

Nothing. The owner lady wanted all kinds of IDs. They say it is an apartment. Actually it is a little bigger than a very small bedroom which can be called a studio flat where everything is in one hall. They have put one bunk bed and sofa. They say four or more people can stay there. Yes people can like a cow shed. Only two people can stay in that flat. The cost is sky high also.

"Overall it was comfy and convenient"

I like how it is accessible to malls and restaurants. It’s also near public transportation stops and the facilities that they offer is quite nice

I don’t know if it is because there is a water shortage or what but the water pressure is low

The owner was responsive and her sister is very accomodating. The place can accomodate upto 4 or 5 people even if we told them only for 2 people. Its accessible, safe as per building they have guard. Its very near to SM fairview, hospital and I front it is mcdo 24hrs 😁

No hot water in cr. And I wish they would provide more mirrors. And to have Philippine contact number. Plus now for sure they know which area is good for parking
