Very disappointing stay – misleading listing and serious hygiene issues Unfortunately, this accommodation did not meet basic expectations. There was visible mould on the walls, including right next to the bed where I slept, which is unacceptable from a hygiene and health perspective. There was also mould present on the shower walls, indicating a persistent damp problem. The property was misrepresented in the listing. It was advertised as a 2-bedroom accommodation, but in reality it was 1 bedroom plus a large bed placed in the kitchen, which is not the same and was misleading. In addition, the entire building and the surrounding street were under construction, which was not disclosed in advance and caused significant disturbance. To make matters worse, we had no electricity for an entire day and night, which also meant no heating during that period. This caused major discomfort and should never happen without proper communication or compensation. i have a proper video about this property but booking.com does not allow videos to be uploaded. Overall, due to the mould, misleading description, construction disturbance, and lack of electricity and heating, I would not recommend this accommodation.

This place i would say is decent for the price and it looked like in the pictures.

First thing that i didn’t like is that when i made reservation i saw that this place offers free parking. When we got there the owner told me to park on the side of the street, so basically it means to me that someone could tow my car… The second thing i didn’t like is that the owner told me that thermostat for heating doesn’t work (he lied), when i figured out that he lied and put the thermostat at 27 degrees to heat little bit the place because of my little kid he changed it i guess through the application on the phone i guess… After this i pushed thermostat up again and he pushed down again, leaving the place at 23 degrees (floor was freezing), this happened few times and then he sended me a little bit threatening message (to make it short, to lower the temperature, 23 degrees is enough, “Do you want to bankrupt me”) which made us a little bit scared and afraid. First of all considering that you are far away from your home with the little kid (2,5 years old). Another thing which we didn’t like is that its not clean. Place is full of dust and there is some fungus in the electric kettle. There is no street light in the “street” of the building where this apartment is located. Feels like its “wild” if you know what i mean. Do not reccomend.
