BGОчень красивый отель. Комната чистая, уютная, кровать удобная.
1) Система с кондиционером непонятна. Очень долго охлаждает. 2) Попросили вазу для цветов на ресепшене. Сказали, что нет ваз в отеле. Когда выезжали мы заметили минимум 3 пустых ваз в виде декорации - осадок остался от отсутствия клиентоориентированности.

AZI really liked the friendly and professional staff — they were always helpful and welcoming. The overall hospitality was excellent, and the property was very clean and well-maintained. It felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay.
There was no hair dryer in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. However, all the other kitchen amenities were available and well-equipped, which made up for it.
