Everything was spot on except the double room.

The double bed had multiple stains on it, now I’m no professional but i think my guess is right as to what it is.

That milk, bread, bucks fizz, biscuits, etc were provided. Lounge dining area amazing. Very clean and proper bath sheets. Glad there was central heating.

The space in main bedroom was too small. Bed was a bit to soft. Other rooms were good.

"Family Friendly Stay"

8.0

The caravan itself was comfortable, clean and had everything you should need. It was a nice touch to be welcomed by some essentials like bread, milk and treats. Also very handy that bedding, towels and most toiletries were included. Both the caravan and site were lovely so we would stay again. The outside decking and parking is a plus and very handy for unpacking.

We didn't not like anything. Just a couple of notes to help others. We got lost finding the caravan from the main road on arrival, you need to keep going straight down the road till you reach the barrier after the main reception building on the left after all the site facilities (Deer display) After the barrier, the site map provided is great. The only other little snag, the main bedroom is a bit snug down the sides of the bed, which is to be expected due to the larger living space but expect stubbed toes, if your not careful and as clumsy as we are.

It was a lovely peaceful place surrounded by kind people. Very convenient to be able to park next to caravan for loading and unloading.

Accommodation was everything you need and would want and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The swimming pool had a restriction for swimming for under 3 year old children so was frustrating for my granddaughter. Also the gym had been closed down and no longer available. Could not access wi-fi although tried many many times - this was incredibly frustrating and couldn't be resolved albeit the owner was very accommodating.

"Shame about the above."

9.0

It was a great location and the caravan was clean and comfortable.

Disappointed that tradesmen are allowed to work weekends. We had a mini digger opposite our caravan Saturday morning and a company working all day on the Sunday erecting decking around another caravan - constant noise from tools and machinery. And 3:00am Sunday morning people walking around with a torch calling for what we believe was a missing dog.
