Iraklia Sea View

The apartment is on the second floor. It’s very nice and has everything you might need — from mosquito nets and repellents to a washing machine. It’s quite new and features a fully equipped kitchen with spices, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, and more. There’s also a coffee machine and a manual juice press. The refrigerator is excellent, and a big bottle of cold water awaits you upon arrival. There are two bedrooms with double beds, and one room has a sofa that can be transformed into a bed. The living room also has a large couch, comfortable enough for sleeping. The bathroom is very nice, with a spacious shower, and even shampoos and toiletries are provided. There’s air conditioning in three of the four rooms. The large balcony offers a beautiful view — on clear days, you can even see Mount Olympus. The host is very helpful and assisted us in organizing a vehicle. There’s also spacious private parking available. Note that you will need a vehicle in this area. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the center of Nea Iraklia. Along the way, you’ll find some seafood restaurants. In the center, there are several supermarkets, bakeries, and local places to eat.

The nearby beach (about a 3-minute walk) is rather dirty, and the nearest beach bars aren’t very nice. The sea there was so-so, with lots of seaweed and a bottom mostly covered with dead and live algae. So, you’ll definitely need a vehicle to visit nicer beaches, such as the Sahara Resort, which is much cleaner and has no seaweed — about 4 minutes by car or a 30-minute walk. However, for a sunrise swim, when the sea is calm and the water is clear, it’s a peaceful and beautiful spot. You might even see some fish! If you’d like to use sunbeds, you’ll need to go to a beach bar or bring your own for a more freestyle experience. Many people come to the beaches by car, and at sunrise, almost all the front rows of sunbeds at the beach bars are already reserved with towels — just a heads-up. However, overall, it’s a very nice apartment with a truly direct sea view.

Чудова вілла, в дуже гарному місці. На території закрите і зручне місце для паркування. Велика тераса з видом на море. Пляж знаходиться зовсім поруч. Кухня обладнана усім необхідним. В холодильнику на нас чекали охолоджені напої, це було дуже приємно. Прекрасна кавоварка зі смачною кавою від господарів. Неподалік магазин, де можна придбати все необхідне. Надзвичайно привітні господарі, які завжди на зв'язку та з великою увагою ставляться до гостей. Дуже рекомендую! За нагоди повернемося знову!

Nähe zum Strand, Größe der Unterkunft, schönes Badezimmer, sehr netter älterer Nachbar im Haus 🙂

Kein Geschirrspüler, keine Kaffeemaschine

Úžasné miesto na aktívnu dovolenku, ale aj na leňošenie. Priestranná terasa v výhľadom na more z prvého poschodia s veľkým jedálenským stolom. Apartmán nový, čistý, s klímou, výborne vybavenou kuchyňou aj práčkou, pohodlnou veľkou sedačkou. Hostitelia sú veľmi ochotný, pohostinný, ústretový a rýchly. Parkovisko priamo vo dvore so záhradkou a sliepočkami, ktoré znášajú čerstvé vajíčka. Pláž je pár krokov od domu, trasa na behanie, plávanie v krásnej čistej vode s príjemnou teplotou, v neďalekom mestečku je výborné fitko, obchod s čerstvými rybami, gyros a pri ceste priamo na poliach stánky s čerstvou zeleninou. Pár krokov od domu výborné reštaurácie s výhľadom na západ slnka. Krásne výlety v blízkom okolí. Ďakujeme, úžasne sme sa zregenerovali. Určite sa vrátime.

Розташування - просто супер. Тераса з видом на море. Просторі апартаменти (3 спальні, велика вітальня). Кухня обладнана всім необхідним. В холодильнику - напої для гостей. Багато зелені та квітів. Зручне місце для парковки у дворі. Привітні господарі. Гарна звукоізоляція, кондиціонери. Неподалік Lidl, продуктові магазини та чудовий ресторан з морепродуктами.

Everything is brand new, extremly clean, quiet, trully relaxing. The host is very kind! Good sized bedrooms with great worked air-conditioner. The beach is really close. Highly recommended!
