The Barn

The owner checked in to make sure everything was OK and we had enough amenities including soaps and wood for the fire. T He also let us know how to contact him if we needed anything! The what3words location was the easiest way to find the location.

The property overlooks the mountains and has great big windows to make the most of the view. There is underfloor heating as well as a fireplace, so the property stays nice and cosy. The location is quiet except for the occasional sounds of the cows I the paddock and deer that visit the property, but there are shops within a 10 min drive for all your grocery needs. The facilities provided were great for being self-contained, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and bathroom with a large shower.

Stunning! Easy to find, good area to park and was able to get in without a problem. Host was very nice, felt welcomed. The views around are amazing, just wanted to sit and look out the massive window all day. The barn had everything you need to self cater, even a little utility room with washer/dryer. Underfloor heating in the morning makes for a comfortable walk into the well sized kitchen for breakfast, perfect room for a couple. Wood burning stove is always a plus. There are your usual super markets in town close by, and overall a fantastic base to go off and explore. Love the shower! Everything was clean and comfortable. Hope to be coming back next year for much longer this time!

Quiet location with excellent views. Well equipped accommodation. Was nice to meet Dougie and get some tips about the local area.

Really minor point would be for some hooks in the bathroom.

seriously nothing!

This is a very lovely place to stay. Amazing views of ben nevis and so quiet and peacful to stay. There is a tv but was not used as the view is enough. Will be going back again
