The company has to hire more Staff at the property at Least one receptionist , housekeeping, security always in the property , I want an extension but they didn't do it , so these things make me upset and Rest all the things are very good i like it

Cleaning staff helpfulness

Owner had payment acceptance problem by credit card, and had to call booking.com to intervene, as owner tried cancelling the booking. No lift for the apartment.

Location, beds, ACs and TV everything worked well.

The electricity kept tripping all night long and no caretaker on site. I was asked to go out in the rain to check the trip box myself.. absolutely unacceptable. Besides that the accommodation was nice

The location was okay, India is very noisy. Church Bells 0600 and 1900. Traffic very noisy till early hours of the morning. I was able to make my room into a great Pad. Indrajeet was very helpful. The OSI team are very efficient. Will stay again.

Very noisy neighbours upstairs. If there was a cloth drying area would be good.

Location qiute, clean and coordination with the provider good. Reasonably spacious place. Servant available for choirs and daily cleaning plus point Good kitchen Bathroom good. Clean compound to walk around. Good washing machine.

Many things need repairs - my suggestions 1. Kitchen door no knob, kitchen door is jammed not opening easily, when we open it chances to get hurt on the fingers and the entire.partition vibrates. Should be repaired sos. 2. Over priced, according to me ₹5000 is value for the place. 3 As you entire the clock on the wall does not work, bad vibes 4 Some pipes in bathroom are rusting, need replacement 5 Fluch of toilet need repairs of replacement 6. Bed sheets expected crisp and white. 7. Bed blanket pathetic after paying so much. Need clean colourful ones or white certainly not Dark Brown. 8. Ironing services would add value to the place 9. Wardrobe top needs repairs

The room was amazing..Initially I thought, what could a 1RK offer, but then my experience was surreal. I was surprised to see a TV with Netflix, cupboard, bed, washing machine, kitchen essentials and an amazing bathroom. Would love to visit this place again. You ll also find a cat. Just feed him good food. He will keep you entertained.
