it seems not so clean and the instalations look old, although they’re not, maybe as consecuence of the pandemic
DEHotel is in front of a good shopping center with great restaurantes on it.
The room is super noisy, you can literally listen the talk from room next door. Additionally my room was close to the elevator and you can hear whole day and night the elevator noise and bipping noise each time comes to your floor. I asked to change the room but apparently hotel was full and no other room available. Floor was not clean enough, specially for a 5stars hotel.

the pillows were pretty normal, just average, there were no hand soaps or coffee/tea mugs or cups in the room when has just I checked in. the bed duvet cover had some stains on it
