There was no breakfast. They had a snack bar. $4 for a 1/2 cup of Mac and cheese.

The wall mounted air conditioner ran water down the wall and made the paint peel off. The hardwood floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned since they were installed.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is prime within in walking distance of restaurants and shops. The neighborhood felt safe.

The rooms are outdated and need some upgrades-i.e. furniture has nicks, doors misalignment etc. Evaluators had musty smell. The room service did not do a good job cleaning the room before checking in. The hangers in the closet were dirty and very dusty.

Front desk reception,assistance and valet service was exceptional.

Breakfast was no longer available.

Girl who check me in told me I had to wait. Finally another staff member told her to be nice. She was on her phone. All other staff were excellent.

The location was convenient and the staff were very personable.

Our sink and the tub were clogged. I think the plumbing was backed up.

It’s centrally located within in walking distance to the downtown area

It was not finished yet and construction was still going on and it was hard to find.
