Stylish Apartment in Tigne Point

Die Wohnung war sehr feucht. Die Farbe ist von der Decke gefallen. Geruch wurde mut Duftstäbchen überspielt.

The agency were courteous in responding to my query regarding whether the environmental tax could be paid in cash as it was not possible for us to pay via mobile to their designated IBAN account. The bed was comfortable. The open plan living area was comfortable apart from being cold as the AC was not working.

The key box is located in an underground car park near a car wash. There were three key boxes and we weren't entirely sure which one applied. We worked it out through trial and error. Fortunately we arrived during the day time but we would have struggled if our arrival was late at night. The AC in the living room was not working throughout our stay. We reported this immediately but we did not hear back about this. The bedroom felt a little damp. The ceiling paint was flaking. We thought this was probably due to the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom. We opened the windows when we used the shower but water did tend to settle on the window sill in the shower and it was necessary to wipe this down.

Ren og pen leilighet med kort avstand til bademuligheter og kun en liten båttur inn til Valletta. Stille område og rett ved et kjøpesenter. God kommunikasjon med utleiere.

Det var lite kjøkkenutstyr som skjeer og stekespade o.l. Det var veldig dyrt å bruke bassenget.

Beautiful stylish/modern and well-equipped apartment situated at Tigne Point Plaza. 2nd floor apartment (accessed by lift) with 2 small balconies with some views of Valletta and the plaza. Quiet area. Spacious apartment with open-plan kitchen and living space, a large bedroom with ample wardrobe storage, 1 shower room and 2nd separate toilet. Plenty of towels, bed sheets etc, were provided and the apartment was very clean. Laundry facilities are available within the apartment The apartment to Sliema waterfront is a 2-minute walk away (can be accessed either by steps or lift) where you can access buses to Valletta and surrounding areas, with the ferry to Valletta a further 5-minute walk along the waterfront. Excellent shopping, restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep. Minutes also from Sliema to St Julian's promenade. The Point shopping centre is across the plaza with a mixture of designer and high street shops, coffee shops and a supermarket. Overall an excellent comfortable apartment situated in an ideal location with everything you need on your doorstep. A7 Estates provided excellent service/help throughout our stay.

I could find nothing wrong with the apartment and the area where it is situated.

Instrukcja odebrania kluczy skomplikowana, a dotarcie do pokoju było jak wyjście z escape room.

l emplacement de l appartement qui est tout equipé , la proximité des commerces, des stations de bus et du port

pas apprécié du tout que la piscine est payante et pas très visible dans l annonce . Le prix demandé pour l accès a la piscine est de 25€ par jour et par personne !!!! A ce prix la c est exagéré de pratiquer ce tarif !!!!

Quan vam entrar feia pudor, pel nou que sembla no està ben conservat la dutxa i la pica del WC gran feia angúnia

Przestronne, czyste, wszelkie udogodnienia chociaż korzystaliśmy tylko z lodówki i czajnika. Łazienka z prysznicem i wc, drugi wc oddzielnie. 3 minuty i piękny widok na La Vallettę. Promenada - idziesz i tylko się zachwycasz widokami, pięknie. Blisko przystanki autobusowe 5-10 minut (w zależności gdzie jedziesz), restauracje, sklepy. 2 minuty do galerii. w budynku cisza, na zewnątrz równiez. Przed wyjazdem miałem problem czy trafimy do apartamentu, ale dostaliśmy bardzo profesjonalne informacje jak dotrzeć.

Może tylko to, że prysznic to jedna wielka deszczownica, nie ma małej rączki natryskowej, więc głowa zawsze mokra, ale to tak naprawdę drobiazg. W opisie dostaliśmy dużo informacji, że jak coś zginie....... Itd..... Trochę to było niesmaczne, bo poczułem się jakbym jechał tam po te "talerze", żeby je wywieźć.... Ale pomijając te uwagi warunki bardzo dobre, polecam.
