Modern, clean and very quiet. Very spacious room Host was excellent tending to every need

The room didn't have a window bed wasrock they to anyone just for the fact if therewas a fire outside room there would be no escape

Location is good the property is very small .The house keeping and the owner are kind and attentive. Its very near much near by candolim beach hardly take 3-5 min walk.

the property is very small .swimming pool is not at this hotel as its shown on the pictures!!! if you want to swim you have to go to the next door hotel on roof top which there is no elevator also. The road which the hotel is located is to narrow. Hardly any car can enter , Bachelors guys were very load and disturbing.big problem with hot water and water pressure. You need to keep on informing them to put the pressure machine on. The entrance is very small.please pay attention to the pictures before booking

Property was so good. i really had a great time at the homestay. candolim beach is only 200 meters away from the homestay. rooms were really amazing and spacious. neat and clean. clean and hygienic washroom. Body wash and hair wash and also dental kit was provided, helpful staff members. Definitely recommended.

Polite staff, perfect location.

The bathroom had a few cockroaches which made us uncomfortable

There was no parking place, and water pressure was very less in washroom
