The pillows weren't the comfiest

The owner was very nice and helped us move luggage from our parking location 1/10 of a mile away to the room in the rain.

The shower and hot water was not good. The beds were small. We had to park about 1/10 of a mile from the room and the streets were too narrow to drop off luggage at the BnB.

The size was good. The room was comfortable. The host was friendly. Good for walking the MVF. Balcony to dry washing.

I couldn’t get the WiFi to work or the stove to heat water so had to use microwave to tea.

Good apartment with stocked kitchen and large space. Great for MVF hikers with 5 beds and large eating area. Host put heating blankets on beds which was a nice touch on a chilly night.

I traveled alone on the Magna Via Francigena and I could have not had a warmer welcome by Rosetta. The apartment is sooo cute and comfortable with a gorgeous view. She even brought treats and had a bed warmer! Cannot recommend more. Beautiful

Location was great and our host was very helpful. We left on the bus and she helped us find the bus stop and times.

We had a problem with the door locks. We could not get the bedroom door unlocked. She came quickly to remedy the situation but we were unable to lock the door

There was hot water in the bathroom.

It was dirty and smelled bad yet our rate included a 30€ cleaning fee, making it one of the most expensive one-night stays during our six-week cycle tour of Sicily. There was a kitchen that included mysterious substances in the fridge, a sink with neither stopper nor hot water, a dishwasher that didn’t work, a microwave with broken door, and a vodka bottle in the cupboard (presumably neither full nor empty but I wasn’t about to touch it to check). The bad smell came from the completely jammed full wood stove which contained partially burned stuff and on top of which was a pan of scummy water. The garbage bins weren’t empty when we arrived but I don’t think were the source of the old-campfire smell. There were cleaning products in odd places and the toilet brush was actually *in* the toilet. We would have left except we were travelling by bicycle and had already had a long day and there was nowhere else available. This was despite the very good reviews here (I booked last September before the one bad one was posted) and Booking’s 3-icon “quality” rating. The host was away and didn’t arrive until late evening (it was a holiday in Italy) to get our ID and collect the city tax but had made arrangements for us to get in. That would have been fine if the place was clean and functional. I would add more photos but this form is very limited as there is no allowance for kitchen or similar photos. For example, the outer door looks pretty good. And no photo can convey the smell.

Our host Rosa was exceptional, so helpful and she showed us around the beautiful Prizzi. A wonderful location and a great apartment!
