The bed we were in had flees we have had to now pay a load of money to get everything washed quickly before our bus it was horrible both mornings and everytime we laid on the bed covered in bites and itchy as hell this was our most expensive stay on this trip and the worst by miles The toilet seat doesn’t fit over the toilet so you sit on the disgusting bowl instead at $220 aud a night they have ten year old rough stinky towels for you to use I am genuinely upset by this whole experience They refused to give me a key to my room when we went out all day on the boat tour so I had to just leave all my valuables cash passports open for any guest anyone to take The boat tour they organise you to go with if you wish too was terrible, firstly they were an hour and 15minutes late with no message even though they had messaged the night before to say the time they would arrive, no water unless you pay included, the lunch on it was the worst food we had this whole time in Vietnam everything was over cooked it was horrible. They have extra hidden charges to get to monkey island if you cant swim well and far you have to pay for a small boat tour take you on that part of the tour that you have already paid for. I would never stay here and not advise others besides the flees it was massively overpriced by large amounts

Kayaks and paddle boards were a little out of date but oh well

It was the best stay we had in Vietnam. The location is unbelievable and it’s the perfect place to lay back, reflect and chill. The food was amazing and you have free Kajaks to explore the stunning nature! Would definitely go again and it was the best stay ever. We had the greatest time here :)

It’s an amazing opportunity just to chill there. The food is amazing and the portions are huge.

The SUP wasn’t pumped enough and the pump was broken unfortunately. Otherwise I could enjoy kayaking there.

Hard to think.

The views were incredible - waking up to the beautiful surroundings was unforgettable! The hosts were so attentive. The communication before the trip was great. We were provided with local recommendations around Cat Ba including restaurants. The local food was delicious and we felt so at peace after our stay.

L’emplacement est superbe, la chambre était confortable et l’hôte est absolument adorable et soucieuse que tout le monde se sente bien. Elle cuisine super bien et les repas sont gargantuesques, nous nous sommes régalés !

Le contact avec l’agence qui gère est facile, par contre pour les services demandés , c’est soit vous payez le prix fort, soit vous vous débrouillez par vous mêmes. Ils ne sont pas très aidants. Je m’interroge sur le pourcentage que l’hôte gagne versus l’agence. Nous avons vus plusieurs gros cafards dans la chambre. Globalement c’est une belle expérience même si je trouve cela super cher.

Todo fue estupendo! La vista alrededor de la propiedad es lo más hermoso que puedes imaginar. La comida y el servicio de la señora que trabaja allí es excelente! Se despidió de nosotros como si fuéramos parte de su familia y eso nunca lo olvidaremos. Phuong también nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos desde que realizamos la reserva. Muy recomendada esta experiencia!
