Lan Ha Floating Homestay

Great service and lovely owners! Very helpful. Cozy evening dinner with guests from all over the world. Perfect place.to be on sunny days.

Really makes me sad seeing garbage in the ocean.

The property is nestled in the magnificent Lan Ha Bay, offering incredible views of the karst mountains. The staff were very kind; even though they didn't speak English, they made themselves understood using a translation app on their phone. The Wi-Fi worked well. Dinner was abundant and tasty, prepared by the staff and served at a communal table, which created a lovely atmosphere and encouraged interaction among guests. The room was small, and unfortunately, ours faced the back—though the view was still very beautiful, we had to keep the blinds down because the kitchen area was nearby and staff passed through that zone frequently. The room itself was of decent size, simple and rustic but in keeping with the style of the property, and it was clean. Breakfast was excellent. The organization of activities in the bay and the transfer back to Hanoi were very efficient.

I would suggest some improvements to the bathrooms—they are very minimal, a bit cramped, and slightly worn. Also, the doors to the rooms could be better fitted, as ours didn't close properly, and we didn't have keys.

Its kind of magical. Great comfortable room, pretty as heck, wifi to work, and at night, it feels like you are floating on the edge of space itself. Its a great place to get lost in. Also, the dinner is a an absolute feast. The staff is wonderful and don't let the language barrier scare you, just use google translate and get on.

I mean, I did get food poisoning, but it was still worth it ;) Its SEA, you have to expect to be laid out a few days, and I'd risk it again. They were really lovely and had medication for me, and let me lie down past check out as I wasn't feeling well.

Die Unterkunft war richtig toll und die Familie auch sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht einem den besten Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Es gibt Kayaks und SUPs zum kostenfreien leihen.

The location was nice. It was very quiet and peaceful, especially at night

The shower/bathroom could be a little nicer. It would be a good idea to put up hooks on the wall and in the bathroom to hang clothes, towels, bathing suits

Emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique ! Personnel accueillant et très agréable. Dîner et petit déjeuner excellents. Je recommande vivement !!!

Great location with very friendly staff

If you’re looking for an authentic but comfortable experience , this is the place for you. The staff was helpful, kind, and patient. The entire process from beginning to end from Hanoi was seamless. The food was abundant and delicious. The views and sunset were unreal. Best part of our trip so far.

Wifi can be spotty. Make sure to bring a book :)
