Comfortable stay

Bed sheets were not properly cleaned, and the washroom faucet was faulty and needed little improvements.

Fantastic location as it's next to a Metro station.

Friendly and helpful staff, doing their best to accommodate guests and requests. Great location as hub for explorations, as near the metro. Rooms are comfortable.

Busy road means noise in some rooms, and generally various sources of noise can be addressed more as it can disturb at times and seems key to make the hotel get the top stars for their category of hotel.

Most of the staff were great. I would like to especially thank Ali, Arun and Umar. They were all very good. Thank you. Most of the other staff (cleaning and kitchen) were hospitable as well, I didn't get their names.

Water, power (electricity) and wifi were all disconnected twice. While fixed quickly, that was a bit annoying.

Very nice hotel with big clean room and all the services your need. Restaurant food is delicious ! Friendly staff. Location near metro station. Our room was a bit noisy because it faced the big road. But everything appart from this was perfect !
