Hotel Orange One

The location is very close to a Metro station. This is a main reason to choose this hotel. The room was spacious.

It took much time in the check out. It seems to be incorrect information kept in the hotel booking system. But the person in the reception was polite. He apologized me for waiting longer.

The restaurant on the 4th floor is amazing and great value. Comfortable beds and helpful staff.

Very bad staff no compromise, all management is zero I have call to the reception, but he will not guide, my delegation still waiting, but they are extra amount for booking, so Very bad impression in my delegation .

Seems like they have changed staff and other things. Cleanliness was better this time along with in room mini bar and breakfast buffet. Staff was very vigilant

Great hotel for foreigners. Nice room. Good breakfast. Easy access to the city by metro or taxi.

they accommodated me in a temporary room as i arrived 1.5hrs earlier than checkin time and my actual room was not ready. this was a good gesture. i took some rest and went out for work without checking in to my real room which was not ready. thats ok because i arrived early

when i checked in at 11pm to my room the room was extremely dirty. seems like no one bothered to clean the room for a new check-in. floor was dirty and also had cigarette butt on the floor (although i already requested no-smoking room in my booking ) room had too much cigarette smell, side tables had too much dirt, bathroom floor was dirty and uncleaned. shampoo bottle was filled with water instead of shampoo. this i noticed while taking bath next morning. i had to call reception with a strong protest and they sent someone to clean the room at 11.30pm. by the time i started to sleep very loud voices from speakers started from the roof top restaurant. i called them at 0030am again to protest what is this. still this could not stop fully and i had a restless sleep for hardly 2 hrs. thanks god i only had a one night stay here and next morning i left. this hotel was very uncomfortable. and they only wanted cash although i can see a card charging machine at the reception
