Apartamentul este foarte spatios si decorat cu bun gust. Este intr-un bloc nou si intr-o zona rezidențială liniștită, cu verdeață. Apartamentul este la parter, chiar langa întrarea blocului si ofera un balcon lung cu vedere la spatiu verde. Jaluzelele exterioare sunt un mare plus. Locul de parcare se afla chiar langa bloc. Penny si Mega Image sunt foarte aproape. 12 minute in plimbare până la Promenada Mall si 25 min până in centrul vechi.

"Perfect staying for 4 days to visit Sibiu and the surrounding area."

Very good location, 10 mins walking distance from Old City Center. Very clean, comfortable, exactly like shown in the pictures. Quiet and peaceful apartment building. The host was extremely helpful with just the right type of friendliness.

"O saptamana de sejur foarte placuta si relaxanta"

Locatie foarte placuta, zona linistita , aproape de mall si centru , prin urmare nu ai nevoie de masina sau taxi pentru plimbarile de seara si nu numai. Apartament utilat si mobilat modern.

"Super miejsce na pobyt - warte w pełni swojej ceny"

Super mieszkanie w spokojnej okolicy, ale blisko historycznego centrum miasta (bez problemu na starówkę można dojść pieszo). Lokalizacja na parterze nowego bloku, w cenie zagwarantowane indywidualne (numerowane) miejsce parkingowe na parkingu osiedlowym. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielami (np. zgłoszona około 9 rano awaria pieca podgrzewającego wodę została usunięta jeszcze przed południem bez konieczności naszej obecności w mieszkaniu). Czystość i wyposażenie mieszkania powyżej przeciętnej - jest między innymi klimatyzacja! Obiekt akceptuje pobyt wszystkich członków rodziny, także tych czworonożnych - pobyt naszego goldena nie wiązał się z żadnymi dodatkowymi opłatami! Chętnie tam wrócimy, szczególnie, że Sybin (Sibiu) to bardzo klimatyczne miasto.

Nie bardzo da się coś tutaj wskazać. Szukając na siłę, można by zalecić doposażenie mieszkania w elektryczny czajnik, żeby łatwiej zaparzyć herbatę (dla tych co lubią ten napój)
