Caroe Farm House

Huge cooked breakfast and fresh fruit every morning. Cynthia was very hospitable and welcoming and was there to welcome us with a cup of tea upon arrival. It felt like a cosy stay with a family member.

What is there to say when every thing was up to a good standard

We used Caroe Farm House as a base to explore the local area and specifically the sites of the King Arthur legend. Breakfast was wonderful. Plentiful fresh fruit salad was especially welcome and sausages were excellent quality. Parking was very easy, the building very well maintained, and the decor tasteful - calm but fresh. We had a twin room (Poldark Room) which we had specified at the time of booking, and it was even better than the photo. The bathroom was lovely - large, exceptionally well lit, and with a double walk in shower, and everything everywhere was spotless. This is the owners' private home and it was organised to ensure a perfect balance of privacy for guests and for themselves. Cynthia and her husband were very welcoming, friendly, and informative - and we were very pleased to have chosen the perfect place to enjoy our break.

Its beautiful, lovely grounds & gardens. The bedrooms are fantastic & the breakfast delicious.
