The smell of the floor in the bathroom (urine)

The house is very new and located in the city center, close to various attractions in Astana.

It would be even better if payment could be made by card swiping.

It’s overrated , the price is very high . And no cleaning service was provided . We booked through a girl who owns the flat there. The location is good. But in the room everything is so fragile , the curtains are falling if you touch , the door handler in the toilet is broken , no mosquito net in the windows . No smoking room available.

Personally, this hotel did not suit me. The only plus is a very good view from the window. If you want to save your money you can choose this hotel

Internet not working well. They don’t have wi if. Second day it was not working at all

1. Dirty kitchen drainage (picture attached). 2. The freezer was frosted over and there was no space to put stuff (picture attached). 3. There was a used cloth left under the bathroom sink (picture attached). 4. Bed side lamp was not working properly (though this was fixed after we requested). 5. Next to the hotel was a construction site.

Our room was reasonably clean with a beautiful view towards the botanical garden. Distance to the center is not too bad and there are many coffee shops and places to eat nearby. We also had a microwave, washing machine, plates and cutlery in our room

Our sheet could be a bit bigger and the heating does not work, some days were cold. It was a bit unclear for the check-in because it was a private landlord of the room.
