スタッフの皆さん、優しく丁寧な対応でした
晩御飯、もう1品欲しいかな 施設が古い為、何かのメリットが必要かと思う。食事の充実があれば。今の状況は、全て普通。 この施設を敢えて選択する何かが必要故、値段がもう少し高くてもその分食事が豪華など。 スタッフの皆さんは最高でした。

家族で利用させていただきましたが、こじんまりとしていて移動しやすく、気楽に過ごすことができました。館内はどこもとてもキレイで落ち着いた雰囲気でした。スタッフの方は、なかには少し日本語が通じにくい方もいらっしゃいますが、とても感じの良い方ばかりだったので全く気になりませんでした。すぐ目の前が浜名湖で眺めが良く、ロケーションも悪くないと思います。コスパはめちゃくちゃ良いと思います。

部屋もベットも広くてビックリ！ とても清潔でした。 受付の方は中国の方みたいでしたが普通に日本語も流暢で親切でホッとしました。 朝、カーテンを開けた時のロケーション最高！ 当日の午後に急に予約したにもかかわらず 親切でした。ありがとう。 お風呂もシャンプーやアメニティもあり不便なしでした。
キャリーケースを置く台がほしかった。 ロビーが殺風景で閑散としていて少し不気味でした。 ホテルに入った瞬間の匂いが気になりました？
