The staff are amazing it feels like home

The location is close to the bus terminal, there is a supermarket and a bus stop to the center nearby. After the disputes about the reservation and the number of rooms, we were given 2 rooms instead of 3, which had the expected amenities. The hotel has a nice indoor open space and a pool.

We arrived around noon on the day of our stay, but the hotel told us that they had cancelled the reservation. We disputed this. In the end, they only gave us 2 of the 3 rooms we had booked, and we were forced to pay the price of the entire reservation.

Incredibly friendly staff and a beautiful getaway from the hustle and bustle lifestyle in the states. This hotel is quiet, cozy, and comfortable! I can’t begin to say enough good things about the owner, she sure knows how to make you feel at home, even while away! Will definitely be visiting again, and again!

I could have used more time there! (Should have booked a longer stay!) but we will definitely be back!

The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood that was very safe and close to anything we needed. The staff goes above and beyond to help their customers. The price of the room was so reasonable and even includes a light breakfast.
