Tinley Manor Beach House

Spacious and comfortable The caretaker on premises was very helpful, polite and friendly....wonderful person

The house has exceptional views and offers good privacy. The rooms are comfortable and the aircons very welcome. The beaches nearby are quite. The house is pet friendly which is great but the fence around the house has some gaps and is not secure for small dogs.

The house feel like it needs a spring clean and is in need of some maintenance. There is a serious ant problem in the house which the caretaker is aware of, however seems very blasé about. Everyday there are ants in any dishes etc even if left out only for a small time with small ant heaps forming on the floors. The keeper tries to clean this away daily but probably a more lasting solution should be sought. The house did not meet our expectations in terms of the photos on booking.com and feels like these might be old photos. There is also a lack of attention to detail.

The view was spectacular , also the caretaker was friendly

Beds were so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep, worse experience 😫

The property had beautiful views and very peaceful. The lady who lives on the property was friendly and helpful.

That the shops and restaurants are in salt rock so one has to drive for supplies.

The jacuzzi!!

Air conditioner remotes need batteries, the property was really outdated. Needs a little sprucing up, white pillowcases need a lot of bleach
