Központi, jól felszerelt, és a hálószobát leszámítva tágas. Szépen feljított és tiszta.
Sajnos az egyik legforgalmasabb útra néz, és hiába jók az ablakok, a forgalom zaja eléggé behallatszik, éjszaka főleg. Emellett a WC lehúzása is nagyon hangos, mert “darálós” mosdó van. Ezért annak nem ajánlott, aki nagyon érzékeny a zajokra.
